A huge step forward. If you use aids like grids or projections, I recommend highly to avoid them. And if you want improve your eye-hand combination fast, the best way is to draw everyday. And especially figuredrawing. I like to draw 2 min poses, and I use www.quickposes.com. It is a great tool.  Anyway, you are going to the right direction!
